Kombinationen af vinterkulde, slunken pengepung og for meget julesul gør det til min absolutte favoritspise i de kolde måneder. Og hver vinter er der en ny yndlingssuppe i fast rotation i mit køkken. For to år siden genopdagede jeg min gamle studentertidsklassiker med grønne linser. Sidste år lavede jeg ungarsk sauerkrautsuppe.
